The location was great, with restaurants and bistros very close to the hotel. The area was good, a good choice for me. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with comfortable bed, balcony, and a microwave as expected. A roll-in shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets were available there. I really liked the convenient location of this hotel; it's surrounded by restaurants and bistros, making it a great choice for me. My Wheelchair Accessible room exceeded my expectations with its comfortable bed, balcony, and provided microwave. Additionally, the availability of a roll-in shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets made my stay even more comfortable.

We stayed at Courtyards because we had a very early flight. Our shuttle bus was right on time and we were first to be drop off. Could not ask for better service.

Loved this hotel!! GREAT price, CLEAN rooms, COMFY beds, and FRIENDLY staff!! The location is perfect if you need to be close to the airport or cruise port.

Even though it is very close to Fort Lauderdale Airport it was kind of confusing to find.. However at the time of our travels, roads were closed due to construction and we had to take detours which caused our navigation to keep "relocating" routes. Not really the hotel's fault.

The rooms are nicely decorated and well-maintained, making you feel right at home, and the restaurant offers delicious food with a variety of choices.

Booked because of free transfers. Very disappointed as kept phoning but bus went by us twice empty without stopping to pick anyone up. 1.5 hours to get picked up from airport. Would have liked more choice for food

The service was first-class. The breakfast was incredible. The free shuttle from the airport was tremendously helpful. The staff were amiable and accommodating. The location was perfect in the area I needed. It's close to the airport station, train station, and the Miami port.

This place offers brand-new, spotless rooms with a pull-out sofa, a large bathroom, and comfortable beds, along with an excellent breakfast included in the rate and overall excellent service.

Twice in two days our room key didn't work. Had to go back down to desk to get it redone. Ice machine near room didn't work once.

The room I stayed in was modern and had a balcony, as well as coffee and tea facilities and a fridge.

Nothing was not great!

It was close to the airport. The night staff tried to help.

We arrived at the hotel at about 11AM after going through debarkation process in the Miami port. While I understand the checkin process, there was a heavy set white women in the front desk who clearly flustered. We signed in on a list your staff request a number I could be reached so she could call when the rooms were ready. We never received a call so around 2PM we returned to a list where they had given rooms to people that were after us on the list. We were then given a one bed in the room. I immediately returned to the front desk and advised the same women that I requested two beds in the room. She said I would have to go at the bottom of another list. I told her we were exhausted and we were waiting since 11AM and she should put us on the top of the two bed list. She did not accommodate us and I had no alternative but have my family sleep in the same bed. We went back to room 410 only to find a leak in the bathroom. After setting ourselves up in room 410 we had to move to room 405 which again was a room with one bed.. I will be writing the president of Marriott soon. These accommodations were substandard. Very disappointed with the accommodations and the treatment by the women in the front desk

This place was clean and newly renovated, loved it; the venue was in a premier location, in the area I called.
